Lioncourt Homes hosts a special FirstBuy information weekend on 15th and 16th October at Kings View, Quedgeley

FirstBuy allows customers to own 100% of their home at only 80% of the purchase price. Customers will receive a loan from the Government and Lioncourt Homes for 20% of the price. There is no interest to pay on the loan for the first five years and a deposit from as little as 4% is all that is required.
